Summary

  • Rule number 1: Make sure the interviewee is sitting in a chair
  • Rule number 2: Make sure the interviewee is looking at the interviewer
  • Rule number 3: The interviewer should not be visible in the shot, and should sit next to the camera

Exercise

Conduct a seated interview using the rules above.

One of you will pose as an artist who is talking about a famous artwork. Ask the “artist” what inspired them to make this artwork.

Aim for a brief recording of around 30 seconds. Don't forget to press record!
